Hiring 2 Full-Time (FT) & Part-Time (PT) Child Therapists for Troy, IL.

• Afternoon and evening session hours required.
• Each location has a playroom that provides therapeutic tools such as a sand tray, art supplies, etc.
• Sensory Room at our Troy South location.
• Pediatric & adolescent prescribers on staff for easy referrals and treatment collaboration.
• Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance. We pay 50% of premium for FT Clinicians.
• 401k & Profit-Sharing eligibility after 1 year of full-time employment.
• An Electronic Health Record System for quick & thorough charting.
• Professional Liability Insurance, CEU Reimbursement, Supervision & more.
• Friendly Front Office, Billing, & Marketing Support. Beautiful, Professional Office Spaces.
• Provisionally licensed clinicians are provided weekly supervision free of charge and are not paid for that hour of supervision.

Requirements:

• You have a master’s degree in clinical/counseling psychology, social work from a clinical track, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Unrestricted license preferred but not required. (Ability to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor).
• You have at least 3 months experience providing video therapy, and or a telehealth certification.
• You have maintained a full clinical caseload of 20+ child, adolescent, or adult clients a week, for one or more years.
• You are excited about providing excellent clinical care to a full caseload of clients, you have a great retention record, and you have experience flourishing with a full caseload in your previous work.
• You have superb interpersonal skills (listening and communication), and a willingness to receive feedback.
• You reside in the United States of America.
• You are open-minded, non-judgmental, compassionate, flexible, and have a good sense of humor.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, are adept to learning various tech tools to enhance your impact and make work easier.
• You are accountable, collaborative, able to work independently, and keep in regular communication with your team.

Full Time Clinicians:

• $58k-$78k annual salary for fully licensed clinicians
• $48k-$58k annual salary for provisionally licensed clinicians
• Average of 25 sessions per week
• 40-70 Average Client Caseload
• $40-$52/ session hour for fully licensed clinicians
• $32-$39/ session hour for provisionally licensed clinicians
• Minimum of 10 Clinical Sessions per week
