Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, serving Bernardston, MA and surrounding communities, is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers. You will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and safety supervision to seniors in their homes.

Shifts include days, evenings, overnights, 8–12 hours, with options for 20+ hours per week. We offer competitive hourly pay ($18.00–$20.00), flexible scheduling, a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days, free training, 401(k), health

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Every shift gives you the opportunity to provide companionship, encouragement, dignity, and peace of mind.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands when needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
