Always Best Care Boerne is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home care in the Texas Hill Country. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, and medication reminders while documenting care in our app. We value reliability, empathy, and strong communication to support our clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Driver's License, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and smartphone required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to undergo background check and drug screening.
• Three professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, bathing, dressing assistance, and safe transfers to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor changes in client condition and document care through our mobile app.
• Provide companionship and social support to clients.
• Assist with medication reminders and safe management of medications.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
