About the Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Jobs Biltmore:

As a CNA, you will provide various care services, from daily household chores to personal care, tailored to each client's needs.

Biltmore CNA Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary per client but may include:

MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Assist seniors with trips to local Scottsdale markets.
• Go to lunch or grab ice cream with your client.

RESTORE DIGNITY

• Assist with bathing and grooming to keep clients looking and feeling good.
• Manage incontinence care to maintain dignity.
• Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress at home.

KEEP HEALTHY

• Prepare meals to maintain vitality.
• Remind clients about medications to avoid hospital readmissions.
• Ensure safety through memory care practices.

SUPPORT OTHERS

• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Observe and report on hospice care needs.
• Report any changes in condition.

CNA Job Requirements

Requirements include:

HEART FOR SENIORS:

• Genuine desire to work with seniors.

ABILITY TO WORK:

• Typically 8 or 12-hour shifts in the Biltmore area.
• Overtime may be available.

SENIOR SAFETY:

• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass drug screening.
• Negative TB test.

TRANSPORTATION:

• Reliable car.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Valid driver’s license.
