Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to work onsite at Rothman Orthopaedics in Northeast Philadelphia, PA. This outpatient orthopedic role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts and a path to leadership as Center Manager for experienced therapists.

You will evaluate and treat patients, document care, collaborate with referring physicians, and participate in center meetings. Competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orhtopedics

Location: Northeast Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. No Weekends!

Compensation: Salary range $85k-$105K, based on your experience.

Unique Location/Job Details: Experienced Physical Therapist has opportunity to become the Center Manager. Work closely with referring orthopedic physicians at the Rothman Institute. The top orthopedics surgeons in the region! 2 Physical therapists, 1 PTA outpatient orthopedic clinic that sees diverse orthopedic patient mix.
