Job summary

Eastampton Community School is seeking a Part-Time Night Custodian to support cleaning, security, and basic maintenance tasks in the evenings. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a safe and clean school environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be able to lift 50 pounds, and reside in New Jersey. Prior custodial experience is preferred; a background check and lawful status are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Prior school custodial experience preferred.
• Background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status required.
• Must reside in the State of New Jersey.
• Such other experience and qualifications as the Board may find appropriate.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of assigned spaces and replenishment of supplies.
• Building security and HVAC filter changes as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the school administration.

Title: Part-Time Night Custodian

Monday through Friday (Expected hours are 2:00pm-7:00 pm)

Salary: $15.92-$19.00/hr. based on experience

Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Prior school custodial experience preferred
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
• Must reside in the State of New Jersey
• Such other experience and qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• May include but not limited to general cleaning of assigned spaces, replenishment of supplies, building security, HVAC filter changes, etc.
