The Greenville, NC location is open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 7:00pm, and Sunday 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Located at 518 Greenville Blvd SE Suite K Greenville, NC in the La Promenade Shopping Center.

Position Summary:

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Baker ensures that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests and contributes to superior service by meeting production demands. Following proprietary recipes, NbC production methods, and food safety standards, the Baker performs baking processes for our cakes in various flavors and sizes. The Baker embodies Nothing Bundt Cakes' core values and demonstrates a commitment to excellence and efficiency.

Education, Work, and Availability Requirements:

• Applicant must be 18 years or older and available to work 35-40 hours a week, M-F 8-4pm.
• Flexible schedule to start early mornings, during holidays, and until baking is complete.
• No experience necessary; training provided on-site.
• Previous experience in retail, bakery, or restaurant setting is a plus.

Accountabilities/Duties:

• Follow proprietary recipes and baking methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Utilize measuring instruments, mixers, ovens, and other tools effectively.
• Prepare raw ingredients, operate ovens, and monitor baking processes.
• Assist with daily baking, production flow, and process adherence.
• Properly package, label, store baked goods, and maintain logs.
• Clean, sanitize, restock workstation, and assist in preparation.
• Comply with health, safety, dress code, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
