Job Details

Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person real estate closings and notarize closing documents.
• Assist in processing files for closing and post-closing of residential or commercial real estate and mortgage transactions.

Minimum Functions

• Process, review for completeness, and organize closing files.
• Schedule closings, review documents, and maintain file accuracy.
• Prepare and submit loan or assumption packages, deposits, disbursement, and recording packages.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Abilities

• Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid Notary Public Commission in your state.
• Meet performance and behavior expectations as outlined by management.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and partners.
• Demonstrate necessary behavioral and technical skills.
• Follow company policies, including confidentiality, punctuality, and safety practices.

Job Requirements
