Job Details

1. Type: Full-time
2. Responsibilities include notarization of documents for titles and vehicle registrations, processing motor vehicle titles and registrations, examining submitted documents for authenticity, preparing and reviewing documentation, assisting with daily cash-out and shipping processes, data entry into DPS systems, proofreading information, preparing end-of-day reports, and performing office support tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Notary Commission for your state.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least one year of experience in banking, DMV, automotive registration, or motor vehicle titles.
• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize.
