Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking a Signing Agent Contractor to work remotely in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure real estate closings go smoothly.
2. Create rapport and adapt to the dynamics of real estate settlements.

Qualifications:

1. Strong background with multi-party purchase transactions.
2. Live locally to your preferred coverage area.
3. Commissioned notary in the areas you take on closings.
4. Licensed Title Producer designation preferred.

Skills:

1. A “can-do” attitude where the customer is always right.
2. Exceptional signing agents who enjoy their role in the process.

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to work from home.
2. Computer and Internet access.

Physical Demands/Conditions: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.
