Description

Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is now looking for someone to fill the position of a Mobile Notary Closer to work virtually in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain on-going communication with existing customers to determine needs, solicit feedback, promote services.
2. Attend weekly sales meetings to promote the Remote Online Notarization closing option.
3. Assist in the resolution of customer service issues and concerns.
4. Prepare documents for signing.
5. Communicate the process with customers before closing.
6. Notarize and verify appropriate execution of documents.
7. Back-up traditional closings as needed.
8. Review Purchase Agreement, lender's instructions and title commitment.
9. Resolve title problems and verify appropriate transfer of title.
10. Proof and review documentation for accuracy and content.
11. Packaging-In/Out the lender package.
12. Fielding customer inquiries and responding with the necessary information, in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

1. Notary license.
2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Experience working with a title insurance company or other real estate services company is preferred.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a paperless environment and well versed in video conferencing is required.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt according to business needs.
7. Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Customer service oriented.
9. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Skills and Excel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT:

$125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment
