Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive tax experience within public accounting or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in not-for-profit tax including private foundations and Form 990/PF.
• CPA required; experience reviewing complex returns and managing engagements end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader and SME in not-for-profit tax for private foundations.
• Lead and review complex tax compliance engagements, including Form 990-PF filings.
• Advise internal teams and clients on private foundation tax matters and governance.
• Partner with engagement teams and senior stakeholders to deliver integrated tax solutions.
• Oversee multiple engagements, including planning, staffing, and delivery.
• Mentor tax professionals and foster knowledge sharing within the practice.
• Collaborate across service lines to support cross-functional client needs.
• Stay current on evolving tax legislation impacting not-for-profit orgs.
