Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Deep expertise in not-for-profit tax, including private foundations, Form 990/990-PF.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing engagements end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader in not-for-profit tax with focus on private foundations.
• Lead and review complex tax engagements, including Form 990-PF.
• Advise internal teams and clients on private foundation tax matters.
• Partner with engagement teams and senior stakeholders to deliver tax solutions.
• Mentor tax professionals and foster knowledge sharing within the tax practice.
• Collaborate across service lines to support cross-functional client needs.
• Stay current on evolving tax legislation impacting not-for-profit organizations.
