Salary Range: $71,530.60 - $89,412.85

Role Purpose

Seeking an outgoing candidate who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys managing a team focused on delivering quality products to our customers. The candidate will also monitor and engage employees in safety and performance initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the area is well-organized, staffed, and that all delivery times are met
  • Conduct daily work group meetings
  • Schedule and control staff to meet productivity and overtime targets
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, HACCP)
  • Document and follow up on departmental processes for continuous improvement
  • Ensure on-time and accurate production/catering for all flights
  • Monitor safety regulations compliance
  • Perform other duties as necessary
Leadership
  • Guide, motivate, and develop staff within HR policies
  • Promote company values and management principles within the department
  • Manage productivity hours and costs; initiate corrective actions when needed
  • Support initiatives such as Quality, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety, and Production systems
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop others and achieve productivity goals
  • Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
