Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting a Norwegian Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst for a role in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will moderate content, enforce safety policies, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain a secure online environment for Norwegian users.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Norwegian and English, has strong analytical skills, and is ready to work on-site in Sofia. A valid EU passport is required to support relocation.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• EU passport (valid) required to facilitate relocation to Bulgaria.
• Interest in social media industry and current digital trends.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make objective decisions.
• Proficiency in English for an international work environment.
• On-site work in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Identify, investigate, and elevate potential security risks for Norwegian-speaking users.
• Use internal tools to monitor social media trends and report safety concerns.
• Provide high-quality linguistic accuracy when reviewing reports written in Norwegian.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine trust and safety processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards when handling sensitive information.
• Participate in team briefings to stay updated on evolving content policies.
