- English language: B2 or higher
- Experience reviewing back-office content and ensuring policy compliance
- Ability to identify patterns and assess risk
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process sensitive information
Responsibilities
- Review user-generated back-office content to ensure policy compliance
- Take prompt action on content that violates guidelines
- Stay updated on internal policies and apply them accurately
- Identify and analyze patterns to address potential risks
- Explain decisions with clear, logical reasoning and documentation
- Manage high volumes of work with strong organization and time management
- Experience investigating fraud, spam, or inappropriate content is a plus
