Mercier Consultancy Group is sourcing Norwegian-speaking IT Customer Service Experts to join its Greece-based team in Athens. The role offers an onsite position within a cutting-edge IT environment and a competitive compensation package with relocation support.

You will handle high-level technical support, manage customer interactions across phone, chat, and email, document cases in the CRM, and collaborate with IT colleagues to resolve incidents while maintaining strong KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Native Norwegian (spoken and written) is required.
• EU passport or Greece work permit is required.
• Professional English is required as internal business language.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens for onsite role in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware inquiries in Norwegian.
• Manage customer interactions via phone, chat, and email with strong problem-solving.
• Diagnose complex IT issues and provide clear, user-friendly solutions to end-users.
• Maintain thorough documentation of IT cases in the CRM system for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve high-priority incidents.
• Stay updated on IT trends and product features to ensure accurate support.
