Next Job Abroad is helping an international fashion and tech platform relocate Norwegian-speaking customer support specialists to Greece, offering full relocation support to Athens or Thessaloniki. If you love great service and online shopping, this role puts you at the frontline of customer care in a multinational team.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, assist with orders and payments, and work with diverse tools to ensure every customer has a great experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent Norwegian and good English.
• Customer-focused and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with different digital tools.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
