Ready to take your career abroad and swap grey skies for the Greek sunshine?
Our client in Greece is looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join their international team in Athens. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer care or technical support who wants to build an international career while enjoying life in one of Europe's most exciting cities.
You'll work with well-known global technology and cybersecurity brands, helping customers with everything from everyday account and product questions to basic technical troubleshooting. Along the way, you'll develop valuable customer service and technical skills while working in a multicultural environment.
And with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, you'll have your evenings and weekends free to explore everything Athens and Greece have to offer.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone and email. Most enquiries are customer service-related, but you'll also handle basic technical questions and troubleshooting.
You'll help customers get the most out of their products and services while also identifying opportunities to retain customers and recommend additional products or services when relevant.
You don't need to be a senior technical expert. The role is ideal for someone with around one year of experience in customer care or technical support who is comfortable working with technology and enjoys helping people.
You'll start by handling the more straightforward types of customer support and, as you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, you'll have the opportunity to receive additional training and take on more advanced support, including areas such as virus removal, computer optimisation and premium helpdesk services.
The position is fully office-based in Athens, Greece.
Working with our client means joining an international team supporting some of the world's best-known technology and cybersecurity brands. You'll build valuable experience across customer service, technical support, customer retention and sales while developing skills that can open doors to future opportunities within the technology industry.
If you're ready to take your customer support or technical support experience to the next level and experience life in Greece, Athens could be your next adventure.
