Role Overview

NorthStar is seeking a full-time Assistant Medical Director to join our team at Norton Hospital in downtown Louisville. This position offers increased compensation of $525,000, including a $465,000 base salary and a $60,000 cardiac stipend. Benefits include 10 weeks of PTO, a leadership stipend, and a generous sign-on bonus of up to $80,000. Join our team of clinicians and be part of a dynamic environment.

Cases include General, Neuro (major spine, cranium), ENT, Orthopedics, Vascular, Cardiac, and OB; no pediatrics. The Pavilion handles Breast, Plastics, Orthopedics, Minor Spine, Ophthalmology, and Endoscopy procedures.
