Role Overview

Join an elite team of CRNAs practicing at two Norton locations! Norton Hospital and Norton Brownsboro are seeking 4 CRNAs interested in working at both sites, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation. Experience diverse environments and enjoy greater autonomy.

Annual compensation details:

• Base salary: $240,000
• Quality Bonus: $6,000
• Acuity Bonus: $13,000
• Estimated Call Pay: $19,000
• Total estimated compensation: $278,000

PTO: 8 weeks

Sign-on bonus options: $40,000/year for 2 years or $60,000/year for 3 years

Case types include General, OB, Cardiac, Neuro, and more!
