Brown and Caldwell is seeking a senior-level NW Drinking Water Practice Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the NW region. You will oversee a team of engineers and professionals, guiding day-to-day execution, ensuring high technical quality, timely delivery, and collaboration with the NW Area Municipal Operations Lead.

Remote flexibility is available for candidates located in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in environmental engineering.
• Typically certified in BC’s SMS Framework and progress through the SMS competencies.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related field required.
• Preferred MS degree and PE licensure in Washington and/or Oregon.

• Manage the work efforts of a team in environmental engineering.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for analysis, modeling, planning, and design activities.
• Oversee workload planning and performance management to align resources with business objectives.
• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team with regular feedback and engagement.
• Support growth strategy, business development, and project pursuits in collaboration with NW Area leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery of projects.
