Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a senior-level NW Drinking Water Practice Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the NW region. You will oversee a team of engineers and professionals, guiding day-to-day execution, ensuring high technical quality, timely delivery, and collaboration with the NW Area Municipal Operations Lead.

Remote flexibility is available for candidates located in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of related experience in environmental engineering.
Typically certified in BC’s SMS Framework and progress through the SMS competencies.
Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related field required.
Preferred MS degree and PE licensure in Washington and/or Oregon.

Responsibilities

Manage the work efforts of a team in environmental engineering.
Provide technical guidance and oversight for analysis, modeling, planning, and design activities.
Oversee workload planning and performance management to align resources with business objectives.
Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team with regular feedback and engagement.
Support growth strategy, business development, and project pursuits in collaboration with NW Area leadership.
Ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery of projects.
