Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers to drive sales growth in the assigned territory
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness
  • Actively participate in joint sales calls to support complex opportunities and build customer relationships
  • Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales growth and team performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align sales strategies with market objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or regional sales management within automation or motion control sectors
  • At least 3+ years of management experience leading a sales team
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire sales teams towards achieving growth goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience setting and managing KPIs, sales forecasts, and territory plans
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess market trends and customer needs
  • Bold, proactive, and results-driven approach with a focus on execution
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for field engagement
