Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers to drive sales growth in the assigned territory
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness
- Actively participate in joint sales calls to support complex opportunities and build customer relationships
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales growth and team performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align sales strategies with market objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or regional sales management within automation or motion control sectors
- At least 3+ years of management experience leading a sales team
- Proven ability to coach and inspire sales teams towards achieving growth goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience setting and managing KPIs, sales forecasts, and territory plans
- Strong analytical mindset to assess market trends and customer needs
- Bold, proactive, and results-driven approach with a focus on execution
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for field engagement
