Northeast Regional Sales Manager – Hospitality

Join the SICO America team as a Regional Sales Manager. We are seeking a driven sales professional with experience in the hospitality market and a passion for building relationships and strategic selling.

• Build strong relationships with hotel and hospitality leaders
• Leverage consultative sales strategies and CRM tools
• Travel up to 50% and work remotely within your region

As a Hospitality Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating profitable revenue growth while achieving territory-specific objectives that support company performance goals. You will partner with an Inside Sales Representative to work as a team and achieve territory performance objectives. This is a remote position based within a specific territory.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or five to ten years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Extensive product knowledge, including use, fabrication, installation, product options, and variations
• Excellent written skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Technical and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and define solutions
• Works well under pressure, meets deadlines, and commits to customer satisfaction
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar video conferencing tools
• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP software
