Job summary

Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization is seeking a Regional Director of Provider Engagement to own market-level performance across the Northeast region, overseeing MSSP contracts and other value-based arrangements. You will lead a team of Market Managers and Provider Consultants, translating strategy into execution and driving improvements in quality, utilization, and shared savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare operations, ACOs, or value-based care.
• Strong leadership experience and track record of driving performance through KPIs.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own market performance for MSSP and value-based contracts in the Northeast.
• Translate enterprise strategy into Northeast execution plans.
• Maintain knowledge of provider groups, performance, initiatives, and risks.
• Supervise state Market Managers and Provider Consultant Supervisors.
• Drive year-over-year shared savings and monitor utilization and readmissions.
• Coach, develop, and manage Provider Consultants; ensure escalation and feedback.
