Qualifications

• 7+ years of branch experience as a manager, operations, or administration.
• 10+ years of financial services experience.
• Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth plans.
• Support the recruitment of advisors by communicating LPL’s mission.
• Assist with the transition of new teams to LPL operations.
• Build and maintain strong advisor relationships.
