Job summary

Weeks Marine is seeking an Operations Manager/Project Engineer for the Northeast region (CT, NY, NJ) with a base in Cranford, NJ. The role oversees administrative and technical aspects of construction, coordinating between Project/Construction Managers and field teams to manage cost, revenue and cash flow.

The position requires leading a team of engineers, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to relocate as needed. Travel and relocation may be necessary depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ work experience in construction or engineering.
• 2+ years' experience managing engineers.
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and ethics.
