Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Substation Leader to oversee the production section, drive profitability and quality, and support marketing initiatives.

The role includes staff development, project management, and coordination with other sections to ensure successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with industrial and public clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure proactive planning and evaluation through structured project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities
