Job Type: Onsite

Job summary: Assist with rig activities in a non‑supervisory capacity. Duties include rig up and down operations, general equipment operation, repairs and maintenance of rig components, mud‑mixing, handling tubulars in the derrick, and other assigned tasks on the rig floor.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks throughout the rig site.
• Operate and maintain rig equipment and components.
• Assist with mud‑mixing and handling of tubulars.
• Carry out assignments on the rig floor as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and company values.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must pass a post‑offer physical examination.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Basic ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to apply common sense to written or oral instructions and resolve simple problems.
• Minimum six months of prior drilling experience for non‑entry‑level positions; mechanical equipment experience preferred for motorman roles.

Work Schedule

12‑hour shifts, 14 consecutive days on followed by 14 days off.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $25.00 – $34.50.
• North Dakota Floorhand base salary commences at approximately $80,000 annually, paid hourly with guaranteed overtime, full benefits, 401(k) match, and no split weeks.
• Schedule: two weeks on followed by two weeks off.
