• Maintain readiness and safe work habits on the rig and set an example for crewmembers.

• Make sure all duties delegated by Driller for crewmembers are carried out safely and quickly as possible
• Help crewmembers with duties as needed
• Attend and participate in all safety meetings and drills
• Report all accidents, incidents and near misses to direct supervisor
• Be involved in the Smart Program
• Constantly check rig and equipment to ensure it is in good running condition and report any doubts to direct supervisor
• Practice safe work habits and set an example for crewmembers
• Keep a good attitude toward your job and supervisors
• Give guidance to crewmembers when you see them doing something the wrong way
• Always be aware of what is going on around you
• Always wear your Personal Protective Equipment
• Do whatever is asked of you to the best of your ability
• Ensure understanding of and compliance with Nabors permit-to-work system
