Salary Range: $35,152.00 To $45,760.00 Annually

North County Cadillac GMC is seeking a full‑time, experienced Lube Technician for their busy and growing Service Department. Looking for a candidate who is punctual, team‑oriented, and has great customer service skills.

Lube Technicians perform lubrication and general maintenance services on vehicles as assigned in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

What are the day‑to‑day responsibilities?

• Performs oil changes as assigned in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Inspects and fills fluid levels as assigned in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Lubricates moving parts, injects grease into units, checks and adjusts air pressure of tires, and replaces oil and air filters in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Inspects vehicles for additional repairs needed.
• Maintains work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Uses all hazardous chemicals in accordance to product labels and Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Adheres to all safety rules, policies, and procedures, and immediately reports any accident to management.
• Performs all duties in a professional, legal and ethical manner.
