Territory: roughly 15 locations from Martin County down to Deerfield Beach
Full-Time - Janitorial Services

What You’ll Do (Hint: 95 % Is Out in the Field):

• Recruit & train janitorial pros when trainer is busy or out who take real pride in shiny floors.
• Rotate through ~15 sites—spot issues, praise wins, keep standards sky-high.
• Jump in on the mop line when labor is tight or morale needs a boost.
• Build tight bonds with property managers; turn “Help!” calls into “Thank you!” notes.
• Sniff out tiny problems before they bloom into raging dumpster fires.
• Tackle light admin (≈ 5 %) so schedules, payroll, and supplies stay on track.
