North Area Supervisor — Janitorial
Territory: roughly 15 locations from Martin County down to Deerfield Beach

We don’t just “clean.” We create beauty, trust, and peace of mind. Your charge: run each site like clockwork, coach every teammate to own their craft, and keep property managers so calm they forget what panic feels like.
What You’ll Do (Hint: 95 % Is Out in the Field):
- Recruit & train janitorial pros when trainer is busy or out who take real pride in shiny floors.
- Rotate through ~15 sites—spot issues, praise wins, keep standards sky-high.
- Jump in on the mop line when labor is tight or morale needs a boost.
- Build tight bonds with property managers; turn “Help!” calls into “Thank you!” notes.
- Sniff out tiny problems before they bloom into raging dumpster fires.
- Tackle light admin (≈ 5 %) so schedules, payroll, and supplies stay on track.
What Winning Looks Like (6–12 Months):
- Each site runs itself; crews solve hiccups before you arrive.
- Clients rave about consistent sparkle rather than beg for fixes.
- Turnover drops; your people grow—and recommend friends to join.
- A culture of calm confidence spreads across the region.
What You Bring:
- Supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, hospitality, or similar.
- A people-first mindset: coach, cheerleader, occasional superhero.
- Reliable wheels, smartphone savvy, and comfort working evenings.
- Bonus points for bilingual English/Spanish and OSHA know-how.
The Straight-Up Offer:
Pay: $45,000 – $55,000 DOE and leadership chops.
