We are a premium menswear brand founded in China, with a deep heritage of craftsmanship and modern style. Our flagship boutique sits on the iconic Fifth Avenue in New York City, showcasing collections that blend timeless tailoring with contemporary design. As we expand across North America, we are building a talented local sales team to drive our growth and deepen relationships with major department stores and buyers.

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000/year + 401(k) + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our North American sales strategy and execution. In this role, you will drive business development across top U.S. department stores and specialty retail channels, with a focus on menswear collections (suits, dress shirts, and more). You will build strategic partnerships, manage key accounts, and lead end-to-end sales processes to fuel brand growth in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with business goals

Expand brand presence in major North American department stores and specialty retail channels (NORDSTROM, SAKS, DILLARD’S, MACY’S, COSTCO, TJ Maxx, and more)

Identify and develop ODM business opportunities — lead client negotiations, contract signing, and revenue management

Build and nurture relationships with key buyers and decision-makers across the fashion retail industry

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights — provide actionable reports to company leadership

Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs and market demands
