Job summary

Pinewood.AI in North America seeks an experienced trainer/consultant to lead end-to-end deployment of our dealership platform. You will configure financial workflows, train diverse audiences, and tailor materials for US users while partnering with product, support, and delivery teams.

Heavy travel (approx. 80%) across the United States and Canada is required, with on-site and remote delivery. A strong background in dealership accounting/finance and enterprise software training is essential.

Qualifications

• Seasoned trainer or consultant with dealership finance knowledge.
• Experience delivering enterprise software training at scale.
• Willingness to travel 80% across US & Canada and work remotely when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Pinewood.AI implementations for dealerships from discovery to go-live.
• Configure and validate financial workflows, GL mappings, and reporting.
• Design and deliver training for mixed-ability audiences on-site and remotely.
• Localise training materials for North American users and US terminology.
• Coach best practices for dealership finance workflows and month-end processes.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and measure training effectiveness.
