Eaton’s Filtration Division is seeking a North America Sales Manager to lead our Life Science Sales Team. This remote role (US-based) requires travel approximately 50%. Focus areas include beverage liquid filtration, supporting pharmaceutical, food, and beverage clients, mainly in wine, beer, and spirits.

The annual salary range is $123,750 - $181,500, plus eligibility for our Sales Incentive Program (SIP). Salaries depend on skills, experience, and market factors.

What You’ll Do

Lead sales of Eaton’s Life Science filtration products in North America, develop new business, mentor a team of sales managers, serve as a product application expert, and collaborate with internal teams on market strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing sales and regional channels
• Building customer relationships and generating new opportunities
• Training and managing sales team members
• Market analysis and strategy development
• Customer product application consulting
• Conducting product trainings
• Reporting sales metrics and representing Eaton professionally

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years in manufacturing, supply chain, or related fields
• 3+ years managing people
• Technical knowledge of filtration media in beverage/pharmaceutical contexts
• Legal US work authorization and a valid driver’s license
• US residence and ability to travel 50%

Preferred:

• Degrees in business, enology, viticulture, or chemical engineering
• Master’s or MBA
• Certifications in enology, brewing, or spirits
• 10+ years in relevant fields
• Knowledge of product specs, production, and project management systems
