North America Regulatory Manager (Hybrid - Wapato, WA)

Role Overview: Provide management and strategic direction for North America Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance, maintain product registrations, and monitor regulatory changes affecting the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Obtain and maintain federal pesticide registrations (US-EPA and Canada PMRA).
  2. Secure state-level pesticide registrations and renewals.
  3. Develop annual regulatory plans and budgets.
  4. Strategize for new product registrations in target markets.
  5. Oversee outside consultants and third-party studies.
  6. Ensure compliance with regional regulations and manage product labels and documentation.
  7. File necessary fees, certifications, and reports.
  8. Represent the company at industry and regulatory meetings.
  9. Maintain accurate registration data.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field; Ph.D. preferred, with 5-7 years of regulatory experience.
  • Experience with pesticide registration requirements in the US and Canada.
  • Proven ability to develop dossiers for EPA, CDPR, and PMRA submissions.
  • Knowledge of FDA and food additive regulations is a plus.

Skills: Experience managing third-party studies, obtaining organic certifications, strong communication, interpersonal and commercial skills, and high ethical standards.

Additional Details: Must be authorized to work in the US. Interviews begin Q2 2025, with a planned start in May 2025.
