Job summary

RESRG Automotive seeks a Director of Quality for North America to lead quality strategy and performance across eight NA sites. The role reports to the VP of Operations NA and drives QMS, compliance, and continuous improvement. A strong engineering background and automotive experience are essential.

You will champion a culture of quality excellence, mentor leaders, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class results for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of proven quality leadership experience within automotive/manufacturing.
• ASQ Certified Quality Manager or Certified Quality Engineer is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and core quality tools.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate data into decisions.
• Willingness to travel to multiple plant locations, supporting teams where the work happens.

Responsibilities

• Build and elevate a best-in-class Quality Management System (QMS) across North America.
• Drive compliance with IATF 16949 and other key industry standards across all locations.
• Lead quality initiatives, align with plant leadership, and set ambitious objectives for continuous improvement.
• Oversee QA/QC processes, including inspections, audits, and testing protocols.
• Coach and develop quality leaders, fostering a culture of problem-solving and accountability.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to deliver world-class quality performance.
