Alfa Laval is seeking a North America Payroll Partner who will be responsible for the end-to-end administration, processing, compliance, and continuous improvement of payroll operations across the United States and Canada. This role serves as the subject matter expert for payroll processing, payroll tax administration, wage garnishments, Records of Employment (ROEs), payroll compliance, data validation, audits, regulatory reporting, and payroll-related system administration.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience managing complex payroll operations in both the U.S. and Canada and will work closely with HR, Benefits, Finance, employees, external vendors, and government agencies to ensure payroll is processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and local regulations. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of payroll and serves as a trusted resource for employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders.

At Alfa Laval, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your total compensation package. We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The base salary for this role is typically $65,000 - $85,000.
