Job summary

Candescent (Digital First Holdings LLC) seeks a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to lead the North America HRBP team and partner with Product and Technology leaders. You will drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

You will mentor HR professionals, shape workforce planning, and champion a culture of inclusion and performance across Product, Engineering, and business functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in human resources with 3+ years as HRBP or People Partner.
• Experience coaching HR professionals, preferably in a player-coach capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting leaders in technology/FinTech/SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders across Product, Engineering, and NA functions.
• Lead and coach the NA HRBP team in a player-coach model.
• Align people strategies with business objectives and priorities.
• Provide workforce planning insights and practical people solutions.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement talent, rewards, and engagement initiatives.
• Support change management and organizational design efforts.
