OneTrust seeks a strategic Director of North America Field and Partner Marketing to lead the shift toward a pipeline-focused growth engine across North America. You will own field marketing strategy, partner programs, and a high-performing team, driving measurable pipeline and revenue with data-driven investments.

The role partners with Sales to translate priorities into integrated programs, moving beyond events to full-funnel, measurable initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience using performance data, attribution, and ROI analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes and scalable marketing programs.
• Experience developing and scaling partner marketing programs across technology alliances, channel and reseller partners.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with VP- and C-suite-level Sales and Marketing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the North America field marketing strategy, aligned to growth priorities, Sales objectives, and pipeline and revenue targets.
• Establish field marketing as a strategic growth function with clear accountability for pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and revenue contribution.
• Build an integrated regional marketing plan spanning campaigns, events, executive programs, third-party activations, customer engagement, and partner programs.
• Balance investments across pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, customer expansion, and strategic market development.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of North America field and partner marketers.
• Lead North America partner marketing, developing strategic co-marketing programs with technology, channel, and ecosystem partners.
• Move field marketing beyond traditional events to develop integrated programs that engage buyers across the funnel and contribute to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Develop scalable co-marketing programs including joint campaigns, webinars, events, executive experiences, content, and thought leadership.
• Build repeatable partner marketing playbooks and activation models that make it easier to execute joint programs at scale.
• Manage partner marketing investments and MDF where applicable, aligning resources to the highest-impact opportunities.
• Establish measurement for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, continuously optimizing the partner marketing portfolio.
• Define clear success metrics and investment criteria for field and partner marketing programs.
• Develop executive reporting that connects marketing investments to business outcomes and provides actionable recommendations to Sales and Marketing leadership.
