Job summary

Hurco Companies, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Division Controller to lead the North America accounting function, drive accurate reporting, and provide financial leadership across the business.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations and Exec Leadership to strengthen controls, improve processes, and support strategic objectives. This hands-on role requires a CPA or MBA, 5+ years of leadership in accounting, US GAAP expertise, and experience with manufacturing financials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in accounting.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and manufacturing finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the North America accounting function.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for Hurco North America.
• Drive internal controls and financial procedures.
• Partner with auditors and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Support planning, forecasting, and performance measurement.
