ERM seeks a Consulting Director, Cultural Heritage to lead the MAP region, guiding cultural heritage initiatives, and advancing best practices across North America. You will mentor teams, manage projects, and foster client relationships in energy and infrastructure sectors.

This leadership role focuses on NHPA/NEPA compliance, regulatory engagement, and expanding ERM's cultural heritage services while driving business growth and technical excellence across the MAP region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Anthropology or related field.
• Experience meeting the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Standards for Archaeology for NHPA/NEPA compliance.
• Member of the Register of Professional Archaeologists (RPA).

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and leadership for energy-sector clients in the MAP region.
• Oversee teams performing literature reviews, field reconnaissance, surveys, and excavations.
• Ensure technical quality of project deliverables and regulatory compliance.
