Qualifications

• 10+ years in capital risk, risk management, finance, or regulatory roles.
• Leadership experience with teams and risk governance.
• Strong understanding of capital frameworks and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent assessment, measurement, monitoring, and control of capital risk across North America.
• Set and oversee capital risk limits and indicators; report breaches.
• Assess firmwide capital management, stress outcomes, and allocation.
• Provide independent coverage for various entities and regulatory interactions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on regulatory developments and balance sheet dynamics.
• Present risk insights to senior management and risk committees.
• Oversee governance of credit risk transfer activities and limit calibration.
• Participate in annual supervisory stress testing and scenario review.
• Review risk appetite metrics and perform attribution analysis.
• Coordinate contingency planning with firmwide limits and indicators.
