Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Nordics Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Learning & EdTech Department. In this engaging Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to our customers from the Nordic countries, assisting them with inquiries related to our online learning platforms and educational technology services.

Your fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be vital as you help clients navigate our offerings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get the most out of their online learning experience. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our mission to empower learners through technology.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat for online learning inquiries
  • Assist customers with course selection, technical issues, and account management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to facilitate prompt solutions for clients
  • Gather customer feedback to inform service improvements and updates
  • Stay current with the latest educational trends and product features to provide informed assistance
Qualifications
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in EdTech or online education, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
