Overview

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dynamic Nordics Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Grocery Delivery Services Department. In this important Junior position, you will provide excellent support to our customers from the Nordics, assisting them with their inquiries about our grocery delivery services and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Your ability to communicate fluently in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) will be essential in helping clients with order details, delivery inquiries, and any issues that may arise. You will be a vital part of our commitment to delivering outstanding service and satisfaction to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service in the relevant Nordic language via phone, email, and chat regarding grocery delivery orders
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to order status, product availability, and delivery options
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our grocery delivery services
  • Stay informed about our product offerings and any promotions or changes in service
Qualifications
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the grocery or food delivery industry, is a plus
