Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our E-commerce Department. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them in navigating our online shopping platform and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Your fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be critical as you address customer inquiries related to product availability, order processing, returns, and more. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to fostering loyalty and enhancing our e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service in a Nordic language through phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding product details, order statuses, and return processes
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with logistics and inventory departments to ensure prompt order fulfillment
  • Gather customer feedback to improve our services continuously
  • Stay updated on current promotions, products, and trends in the e-commerce sector
Qualifications
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce industry, is preferred
