Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Experience Representative. In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, dedicated to providing them with exceptional support and service.

Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the customer experience by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality. You will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Nordic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Promote company products and educate clients on best practices for their use.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated about product offerings and customer service techniques.
  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
