As a Customer Care Agent, your main responsibility will be to assist clients with their questions about our products and services. Your strong communication skills and customer service orientation will be crucial in creating satisfying experiences for our Nordic-speaking clientele.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries from Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
  • Advise customers on best practices when using our services

Qualifications
