Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to open applications for the position of Nordic Speaking Consultant for our client's Business Software & CRM Solutions Department. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our Nordic-speaking clients, assisting them in maximizing the benefits of our innovative business software and CRM solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for offering support and guidance through the implementation and use of our software solutions. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and productive experience for all clients, while cultivating lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to Nordic-speaking clients regarding inquiries about business software and CRM systems
  • Support clients in the selection and implementation of tailored software solutions
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote effective software usage
  • Address technical issues and provide solutions promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and support activities
  • Work with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to service enhancement
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in the realm of business software and CRM platforms
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge or experience with business software and CRM solutions is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities to address client needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to client interaction
  • Prior experience in customer support or consulting is beneficial but not mandatory
