Job summary

Alyeska Nordic Spa is seeking a Spa Concierge to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and deliver service that reflects our brand standards. You will guide guests through hydrotherapy offerings and retail experiences with accuracy and care.

This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for wellness. Expect varied shifts, on-site work, and positive interactions with guests in Alaska.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Passion for mental and physical wellness is essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent Alyeska Nordic Spa with excellent service and product knowledge.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure first impressions are flawless.
• Assist with reservations, check-ins, and upsell spa offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock reception, retail, and relaxation areas.
• Support daily revenue goals by handling guest enquiries and waitlists.
• Collaborate with team to uphold brand standards.

Experience/Passions/Education

• Post-secondary certifications/diploma or degree an asset
• 3+ years of management experience in hospitality or spa industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
• Comfortable with technology and open to new learning
• A passion for mental and physical wellness

Working Conditions

This position will include a variety of shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. This position is set in a fast-paced environment, with high levels of interaction with guests, employees, business partners, and stakeholders. Working outdoors in a variety of mountain weather conditions, with average temperature ranges of -30 C / -22 F to +30 C / +86 F.
